PBX Engineer / Systems Engineer

Primary Job Duties:
Main responsibility is to serve as an Engineering lead in design, implementation and support of PBX solutions for our managed customers. Duties will also require tech support and systems engineering for windows networks of our managed clientele. Problems can not only be engaged in the field but also remotely for the customer.
This position will report directly to the General Manager and other technical staff.

STRONG REQUIREMENT -
PBX Experience:
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3+ years experience installing, configuring and managing Trixbox/Fonality or similar Asterisk based solutions. Basic Linux admin and Asterisk skills a must.
3+ Years experience configuring and implementing PBX systems with advanced queues, call routing, schedules, HUD, and general management is required. General knowledge and experience of Polycom, Cisco and comparable SIP enabled products is required.
Knowledge of common ISP products and their relevant applications such as SIP/PRI/T1 is a requirement. Experience implementing QoS/MPLS for multi-site configurations a plus. Experience with Cisco solutions and products such as Call Manager or Unity Express a plus.
Additional Job Duties and Experience:
Assist in remote and field Systems Engineer work related to implementations, migrations and support for Windows based networks for a growing MSP.
Connectwise/Kaseya experience a plus
